Eligibility: You must be a legal resident of the Eligibility Area and 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void in overseas U.S. territories, possessions, commonwealths and military installations, and where otherwise prohibited by law. Employees and agents of American Airlines ("Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as "Promotion Entities"), and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to participate or win.

How to Enter: Enter online by going to: powerlunch.whyyoufly.com and complete the Official On-line entry form. All on-line entries must be received between 10/01/05 12:01 AM CT and 11:59 CT on 11/30/05 to be eligible. Limit of 1 entry per person, no form of entry other than specified herein is permitted; use of automated, programmed, robotic or like forms of entry is prohibited. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple email and/or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified. In case of dispute, electronic entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Neither American Airlines, nor any of its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to the entrant.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: A Private Life Coaching Session for winner and five guests in Miami, FL with life coach, Valorie Burton. Prize includes round trip coach class air transportation for winner and (5) guests from a major U.S. airport in the 48 contiguous United States (on American Airlines) to Miami, FL; hotel accommodations (3 rooms, standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy) for 2 nights and 3 days, ground transportation and a catered lunch. Winner and guests must travel on same itinerary and travel from same major U.S. airport. (Approximate Retail Value of Prize $3,000). Prize is not transferable and prize substitutions will not be allowed except at sole discretion of Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for prize of comparable value. All taxes associated with accepting prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection: Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 12/16/05 from all eligible entries received, by Fulfillment Systems Inc., the Independent Judging Organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone or by mail.

General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of American Airlines and the Independent Judging Organization. American Airlines and its agencies, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and the officers, directors, agents and employees of any of the foregoing entities are not responsible or liable for: (1) garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, late, lost or failed electronic entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (3) errors or delays in transmission; (4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor which may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (5) any losses, damages, or any injuries caused directly or indirectly by the acceptance or use of the prizes or from participation in the Sweepstakes; (6) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. American Airlines and the Independent Judging Organization may disqualify you at their sole discretion if you show a disregard for the Sweepstakes Official Rules or act: (a) in a manner they determine to be not fair or equitable; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Sponsor; (c) in any other disruptive manner or (d) in violation of the Privacy Policy of http://powerlunch.whyyoufly.com. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should electronic viruses, other malicious software attacks, unauthorized human intervention, systems malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other causes beyond the control of American Airlines and its agencies corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible mail-in entries received and all eligible online entries made prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on http://powerlunch.whyyoufly.com . Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 14 days of notification. In addition, the five travel companions chosen by winner will be required to complete a travel companion liability/publicity release form which must be returned with the winners fully executed affidavit. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, the winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of prize notification as non-deliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. By accepting prize, the Prize Winner consents to the use of their name and/or likeness for advertising/publicity/trade, Internet and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
